Hey Jr! Even though I am subscribed to threads I am not receiving any email notifications. I am receiving email notifications about private messages. Any input?

nevermind, apparently I'm an idiot. So you have click the checkbox for notifications even if you have it set to email you the first response of a thread you are subscribed to.

Thanks mang!  Definitely have been putting a lot of time into this forum.  I see that you found the solution.  If you come up with anything like that and find the solution on your own, let me know.  It is probably something that I haven't come across before and would be good info to know in the future.  Appreciate the heads up!

When I subscribe to a thread I always make sure that Instant Email Notification is checked.

Ive had 3 threads recently that I have not got a single email for when replies are posted. 

I was sitting here stewing and getting frustrated that nobody was answering me, but when I logged back in I found I had quite a few replies.

I love that there is a forum to help us with iPods but I cant sit here and babysit my thread just waiting for an answer.

Can you please clarify why I am not receiving my email notifications to subscribed threads?

There was a box next to "turn on notifications...." that needed to be checked in your profile.  Also make sure you are clicking on the "Notify" button of a thread when you want to receive emails of posts and replies to that topic.  Let me know if you are still having issues.
